Windows Recovery Error 0xc0000034

The computer boots to this screen and this screen only i cannot get to bios or anything resetting the pc had an error and didnt work then tried to boot and this happened and now i cannot even recover with my usb that should be booted first. is there any way to fix this if not what new parts do i need Sad tonight has been terrible

If you can't go into the BIOS to check the boot settings, and you can't boot from a recovery USB or DVD, all that rests seems a new motherboard. But I'd try a BIOS reset first - most motherboards have a jumper for that.

Bios boots. Just need to format ssd now.should be good.
