Windows Recording

I'm trying to use the built-in recorder for Win XP. But it seems it only records a max. of 60 seconds.

No way to make that much longer, huh?

You can actually increase the time limit in Sound Recorder, but it's really quite stupid...click here and you'll see what I mean.

Instead, I suggest using a free recording utility such as Audacity, which also has more advanced features such as transitions, splicing, etc. Its only time limit is the space on your hard drive.
