This is where I suspect key loggers or RAT. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote_administration_software#RAT_trojan_horses
There is no hardware listed so I take it you suspect the OS, Trojan or other. I'd start with Grif's scans at:

Bob
I have a Windows 7 64 bit PC
It happens almost every minute now. To fix it i usually press Ctrl myself, 2 times but it fixes it temporarely.
This is NOT Sticky keys. I also tried 2 different keyboards. Tried rebooting and rebooting again and launching using last save correct settings (or something like that, my windows isn't in english).
Could it be a hardware problem?
It started happening today, randomly, i left the house for an hour and left my PC idle, when i came back i've begin to have this problem. It never happened before. I haven't installed any new software in a week or so. Malwarebytes didn't detect any malware.
PLEASE HELP T_T Could it be a motherboard issue? It's just the Ctrl key. I'm really scared
