Why just sinle out windows? I hit a wrong button on my remote and my tv goes into never never land. I use to be able to press the power button, wait 60 to 90 seconds for it to warm up spin a dial to get the channel I wanted and go set down. Use to pop the lid on my car and find and correct the engine miss. Have you ever poped the lid on your current car to find a problem and fix it?
Have you ever bought something that says"some assembly required" and did it without problems? It's all part of the age we live in.
Just an observation.
In trying to clear up some problems with Windows programs over the last couple of years, I've noticed a pattern. No matter what the issue, it's difficult-to-impossible to solve the issue. The more details you provide on your problem, the smaller the chance you'll find a solution. The standard reccommendations of "sfc / scannow" and reinstall seem more acts of desperation, and it's common to see people told they need to completely reintstall the OS.
Wondering: has Windows really gotten so complex and obtuse, that no one knows how it really works?
