windows privacy center

hi my pc is blockt by windows privacy center i cant open my pictures or documents or messanger and cant get in my computer to uninstall
i have windows vista anny ideas howe to fix the problem ?

downloadet the removal link three times still cant access my pc howe can i get in my computer to remove programs?

this web site alows me to go online but all downloads disaper after download complit
it ask me to restart internet explorer so i did that was the last time i saw that window
i only can move that web page(privacy center) and find just a black screen
i go thru www.microsoft.com privacy to open my toolbar to connect to internet thats all i can do
sorry for the little info i gave you

Boot SAFE MODE next time to do the work. Maybe SAFE MODE with NETWORKING if need be.
