1. Did you do a full reboot?
2. Did you try system restore to when it worked? (after item 1.)
3. It's rare to find folk with same issue (unless you are lucky with a google.)
4. I do not not have any issues with Adobe apps. But I keep them current and use other apps as needed. For example I use other viewers like Irfanview and Paint.net.
Please help. I sat down to work on editing some photos and pulled up a file with the split screen--Right half displaying a photo. All was fine so far. But when I went into Windows Photo viewer, the photo opened and was now super dark and basically unviewable. I have no idea what updated to cause this problem and only have one computer that now has this problem. I remember seeing an update for Adobe, but I am not sure what they updated. Whatever happened has rendered this computer unusable for any photo editing. I work with these as jpegs for Photomatrix, PictureIt, ribbet, etc, and need to get the functionality back. I am leery about doing any new updates with Adobe in case they caused the problem. I have had issues with Adobe DC ever since they came out. Document cloud does me no good as I need jpegs and transportable files--not cloud storage. Any ideas? Anyone else experienced this? Please help.
