That should fix your Microsoft Network window.
Without knowing which dll's you deleted, you're on to a losing side there. Are the files in your Recycle Bin? If so, restore them.
If not, have you tried System Restore to a date before you deleted the dll's?
If all else fails, you then get to learn the benefits of backing up your important data, (your school files, images, music settings, etc), which I suggest you do now, then either try a repair installation from the master CD's or, a full re-installation.
Good luck

two issues. first, i accidentally set up home networking and now cannot get rid of the windows network id and password box during start up. second, i also accidentally deleted certain dll files and now my pc does not shut down properly. when i choose shutdown, a box appears afterwards saying program is busy and do i want to wait or end task. there is never a name for the program. i have windows me and have used the master recovery cds to recover only. i don't want to reconfigure back to the original configuration because i have many files for school loaded on the pc. can anyone offer any insight?
thanks
