Windows Mobile PDA - World Wide Travel - WiFi

I plan to get the Dell X50v PDA. I will be traveling around the world in the coming months and I wanted to BLOG and upload pictures from the PDA (given I find a WiFi connection). Can I take pictures with my camera, pop in the Memory card (SD) and post pictures on a blog or web page. At least can I attach pictures in a Pop3 e-mail and send them. A sales person told me that Java is not supported on the Windows PDA so Yahoo Mail won't work, but MSN Mail will. I was just going to use the Outlook in the PDA.

Any help or ideas on how I plan to use it would be great assitance.
