windows mobile 5

hi there,
this is one of those little problems that can drive you to distraction.
I run windows vista, with office 2007, I recently got a new treo 750(3 days after managing to get my old 650 running oerfectly on the platform but thats another story)
the 750 runs mobile 5. the clock is set for gmt plus 2 but every time i synch it resets itself back by one hour not taking into account the local summertime , my pc clock stays the same only the clock on the smartphone changes.
i have tried enabling local network time and using network time zone, that does not help.
i hope this is not one of those problems that i will only find the solution to 3 days before I change the phone.
