Windows message

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. I keep getting the message Windows has blocked some startup programs. I blocked the programs and want to leave them blocked. All I want to do is get rid of the message. It does not have a box to check to not show this message again. How, without unblocking the programs I selected, can I get rid of this annoying message? Thanks.

I too get the message that Windows is blocking my HP Auto Updater program. So I go into the Options section in the blocking program and try to delete these HP Auto Updater programs from the list (I have 2) but I can't, because the "Remove From This List" button won't light up and it is sooo frustrating because EVERY TIME I start windows that annoying message comes up!! How can I stop It?? Thank-you so much, Crystal
