windows media player won't play files recorded with opd2d

Jan 2, 2005 8:05AM PST

I recorded some internet radio with the free opd2d software. The files are there but neither win media player 10 nor realplayer 10 will play them. Does anyone know what to do to get these files to play? They are saved as mp3 files. Thanks, Lino

opd2d help, please, reply to R, Proffitt

Thank you , Bob. I tried their forums, but could find no help. I decided to record the internet stations in .wav instead of mp3. Now WMP 10 and Realplayer "play" the files, but I can't hear any thing. They both show the files playing and the bar is moving but no sound that I can hear. Am I doing something wrong? In the instructions for opd2d it says to set the volume control to some kind of mixture, but when I go to access./entertainment/volume control I can't find a way to do that. Any advice you can provide would be very appreciated, thank you in advance, linomartinez1@hotmail.com
