Windows Media Player 9 just stopped working

by tofubrain / February 23, 2004 7:19 PM PST

When I try to open Windows Media player 9 (on my Windows ME) all I get is an error message that reads "An internal application error has occurred" I downloaded the program again from Microsoft, but the problem did not go away. What can I do?
Thanks, Steve B.

Read http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html and see if you can remove it and re-install the version that worked.
