Microsoft support gives me the following instruction:

Start Windows Media Player, click Tools and then License Management. Unfortunately, I can't locate either. Where are they?

Bad news...

Microsoft hid the 'classic menu' (the one that has File, Edit, View, Tools, etc) by default starting with WMP10, which is likely why you can't find it. If you would like to restore that menu just open WMP and press ctrl + M. Alternatively, right-click the title bar and the menu bar will appear as a drop-down menu.

However, that information does not help you in your case because the License Management feature has been removed from WMP11 and presumably will not be returned. Depending on what music service you use, though, there may be another way of backing up your licenses.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
