windows long load and slowness

ok at the windows startup with the blue bar i believe it was 1 minit and 27 seconds last time i checked and i can no longer watch videos and audio because of the choppyness.

my computer is a dual core 3.1 p4
1gb ddr2 ram

i cant realy think of more than that, this started about a week ago and i am running a disc boot of knoppix swo i can still use multimedia, please help me, i alreadt used every spyware remover and free antivirus that i could think of, but if you sugest one i will tell you if i used it or not, thanks in advance

i just noticed that bitcomet says im uploading at over 300kb a second, but i cant upload anything passed 60, and i have it set to a upload cap of 10, i hope this helps pin the problem
