Windows Live website looks odd in Chrome

by ttcole1254 / November 20, 2010 1:27 AM PST

While looking at the Microsoft Windows Live website, the site looks very odd like the CSS is messed up or something in Google Chrome, and at school the site does not work in Firefox, but does here. Here's what I mean: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4007/5192010293_22494b4045_b.jpg

I noticed this a few weeks ago, and it's pretty annoying and they haven't done anything about it yet so I thought I'd post something here.

Thanks,
TC

Okay sorry for double-posting but I can't see a way to edit the first post, so I'll post again.

The website seems to be fixed and now displays correctly in all browsers. Kinda weird though that when it was messed up the only browser it displayed correctly in was IE.

Glad it's fixed.

I have no idea why it failed to render properly in Chrome or in Firefox at school.

Put it down to a temporary glitch for now.

OK, I bet you forgot until the past 2-3 years...IE was the dominant browser in over 90% PCs.....so all webmasters coded their pages for IE. Firefox has made a huge in road into IEs usage and MS has also started to write more to open standards which is why most pages will display "OK" in all browsers.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
