use quick view
by Cmac104 / March 24, 2012 12:29 AM PDT

i finally found my sent email by clicking on the View tab, then click on Quick Views and put a check mark (click) All Sent Items. Now it's listed under the Quick Views heading.

then I realized I couldn't find my sent mail because I had Conversations turned on. If you turn off Conversations (also under View) then you go back to the old listing of Inbox and Sent Items.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
