Answer
You can make a bet on this.

Because of all the non-cooperation and the flood of spam there is often a lot of email that just vanishes.

If you need to be sure, you should try another email account from another ISP or gmail or yahoo mail or The Electric Mail company.

You didn't do anything wrong except expecting it to work.

Sorry if this is unclear. TRY ANOTHER EMAIL ACCOUNT.

Extreme Solution

Thank You for your help R. Proffitt. Why would ALL the emails always be disappearing to the exact same contacts, only when sent through Live Mail?

Anyone?

I have been able to confirm that Thunderbird does work correctly. Windows Live mail does not.

I'm unsure if anyone can help.
Aug 23, 2011 1:07PM PDT

Windows Live is something from a company that issued it for free and support is non-existent and when this happens I have only the usual advice of trying another email account and as you discovered another email client.

You can bet you won't find me suggesting Live email use to anyone.

Now if you have a boatload of time you could call Richmond, Washington and try to see if anyone will look into this.

Answer
Problem was Verizon
Nov 5, 2011 3:41PM PDT

Turns out that his email was being flagged by Verizon servers as spam. He would not take the time to confirm this. Only his clients with Verizon email, that did not have him in their address book, were not getting the email.
