We've had an Asus laptop, with Windows 8 and Windows Live e-mail for about 18 months. The e-mail program has been working fine up to about the last month or so.
It's now doing several things we find annoying.
1. We can't drag an open message into a folder. Rather than just moving that message to a folder, the program will re-arrange the order of the folders
2. If we try to delete a specific e-mail by highlighting that message and clicking once on the delete button at the top, it might delete two or three messages.
3. When e-mail is open, we have folders displayed on the left side of the screen, then the most current messages to the right, then the current open message on the right. Most of the time, when opening a new message, it will display in this format. But..sometimes, the message will open to fill the entire screen??
Hoping someone has experienced similar issues and has found a fix.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
