Windows Live Documentation

I Googled and I Binged but couldn't find a usable User Manual for Windows Live

Windows Live is a composition of e/mail, messenger, sky-drive, and bulletin board. And in a nut-shell: it is just a mess of stuff thrown together.

If anyone knows where to find a good Technical Reference on this topic I'd love to get a link to it!!
