Windows live account Disappeared!!!! Help!!!!

by fallingwind / August 20, 2010 3:55 PM PDT

two years ago I used a gmail to create a windows live account and I also started a windows live space with this account. I haven't used it for about a year and today I found I could not log into this windows live account. The live space created by that id was still there, my gmail still works. Initially I thought maybe I got the pswd wrong so I tried the "forgot pasd" function but it told me that account does not exist. To confirm this, I used the same gmail to apply for a windows live account and it got approved. Now the problem is I could not access my old live space!!!! There are important memories on that space and I want to get them out. Can somebody help me out here? How can I reactivate a seemingly dead live account. Many many thanks!!!!
