Answer
Are You Able To Boot and Log In?

If so, then Windows does load, it's just not loading correctly.

It seems as though the Windows 10 "upgrade" process may not install all the files correctly, or maybe they're damaged, or maybe something else, but running Chkdsk has fixed quite a few of these minor glitches. Try running Chkdsk in "repair" mode to find any damaged files and correct them. Start by opening a command prompt as an admin. RIGHT click on the Start button, choose "Command Prompt (Admin). Once there, type chkdsk /f /r /x, leaving the appropriate spaces between the letters as shown, then press the Enter key. You should see a note that it can't be run till a restart is done, type "Y" for yes, then press the Enter key again. Close the command prompt and restart the computer. Chkdsk will run upon restart and will take quite a while to finish.. Don't panic when the progress bar stays at 10% for a long time. It's fairly normal and the Chkdsk process may take a couple of hours.

When it's finished, it will boot to your normal startup/lock screen and you can login normally and then see if things are working correctly again.

Hope this helps.

Neither Did Your Answer..

You've given us no more clues to help you with.

As my post asked: "Are you able to boot and log in?"

And what happens when you try both of the suggestions by Bob?

Your first post doesn't tell us much other than you're seeing alert boxes and that Windows doesn't appear.. So, are you able to log in normally and see Windows? Or does Windows not load at all?

Did you try using System Restore to a time before the update?
(Open the Control Panel, then the "Recovery" icon, then "Open System Restore". Follow the prompts to select a restore point when things were good.)

The more information you give us, the better informed our answers will be.

Hope this helps.

Yes, I'am able to loggin and boot, after i did that test nothing changed. I haven't made the back up before. My friend told me that in linux os there is special program preinstaled to draw proceses and maybie windows has it and this could be the problem.

I fail to see any relation between what is in Linux and what happens in Windows. But if your friend thinks so, ask him to solve your issue based on that.

In the last of the 3 screen prints I see Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 mentioned. So my guess is that the boxes will disappear after you uninstall that program.

Answer
One test.

Try this. Unplug all USB things and reboot.

Also, try the old CHKDSK /F on all drives as noted by Grif.
