Windows Hotkey Question

Jul 7, 2016 7:55AM PDT

A program I was running for work somehow set +3 (shift and the 3 key) to be a hotkey for this program. I was able to overwrite this hotkey by writing my own in AutoHotkey, but I can't seem to get it to do the pound sign. Any advice for how to get my pound sign back?
