Windows folder in recycle bin

When i try to empty my recycle bin, it clears everything but i keep getting the message " Can't delete windows system folder DC111 " The bin appears to be empty though. I can't find a folder with this name anywhere. Any help please.

i just did a search of my system...

and I didnt find any file or folder called DC111

Also you forgot to mention what system you have (I have xp pro). Did u actually search for the file or have a look around? You should try searching using ctrl + F on explorer your whole computer for that file. If you can't actually find it then there is something really funky going on...
