I believe the are downloaded from Microsoft and a busy connection has to be made before the program starts to function. I believe features do not come with the OS they are down loaded from Microsoft. What do you think John? Any information on this?

Hello John,i looked at the link you put on but i want to turn off not turn on.As i'm very new to computers i get the Computeractive mag and it has a bit about saving space on your computer, and it tells you how to turn off features so i thought i would give it a go.Fay.
