also best not to give your email address - you can select the option in your profile for people to send email.
If it happens when you boot have a look in msconfig in the startup folder and stop programs from loading at boot time - by elimination you maybe able to narrow down if one of these programs is causing the problem - but the event viewer in admin Tolls should list the error - follow the link to the online Help and Support.
On Sunday after rebooting the computer, it froze, I got the following error message...
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
It doesn't matter if I send or don't send, the message will flash, then my desktop flashes and then the error message comes up again.
Any suggestions? Do you need more info? If I pull the error message to the bottom of my screen and just ingore it, everything seems to work just fine. But I even reset to an earlier date and that didn't help.
