Frequently when I am in window explorer or internet explorer the application stops (without warning) my desktop appears with no toolbar and then the desktop repopulates and the toolbar is rebuilt.
There are no viruses and I have installled all Windows update.
I can't figure out what is happening. Could it be bad memory?
