The problem I'm having is when ever I try to rename or delete a file or folder in Windows Explorer a window pops up saying Windows has encountered a problem and must shut down followed by another window that says Dr Watson Debugger has encountered a problem and windows must shut down. Now just before this happened the only thing that might have caused this is I went into my Norton antivirus Quaranteen file and deleted the files from this folder. I'm thinking I'll probly have to reformat but if someone has another solution it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx in advance
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
