It's done that for well over a decade or files it can't handle. I can't tell if this is every file or just a few.

I am running Windows XP. Everytime I right click on a file or folder to copy, remane, etc. Explorer locks up with the hourglass showing. If I just click on a file I can open it. It just seems to happen on right clicking or selecting something like "copy folder" in the left pane. I have to go to Task Manager and kill Explorer to continue. Any thoughts? Thanks.
