Windows Explorer causing errors!

by Carl Supplee / October 10, 2005 3:46 AM PDT

I'm using a Dell Demension with P3 running ME & have 384RAM. When I try to activate Explorer I get a window saying that explorer has created a problem in KERNEL32.DLL. It will happen twice and then give me a explorer window. Eventually it will give a window saying explorer has caused a problem in ATL.DLL and then I must shut down the computer. What must I do to correct this problem. Thanx in advance.
Carl

Spyware and problem
by Carl Supplee / October 10, 2005 6:40 AM PDT

Bob, I use SpyBot and it did not come up with anything. I also checked your reference and I did not find the Apropos.B that Norton referred to. Actually my biggest problem is with KERNEL32.DLL Every time I try to load Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer I get a message saying that Explorer has caused an error in Kerner32.dll. Even when I try to access Control Panel I get the same notification. The ATL.DLL problem seems to be gone. Carl

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
