General discussion

Windows Explorer.

Feb 3, 2004 3:06AM PST

I am running a 3 year old Packard Bell Imedia with Windows ME - 20gig and plenty still left.
For no apparent reason - I have not altered any settings - when I go into my Freeserve IPS search engine I can get to the first website but as soon as I type anything in the search box to go to another site I get the message " Explorer has caused an error in USER.EXE. Explorer will now close"
My connection icons and Norton AV icon disappear from my toolbar but the connection is still there.
Is this something I need not worry about ??
Or I can I get it back to how it was with help from you, my friends out there??
Thanks in anticipation.

All done and back to what appears normality.
What ever they pay you is not enough.
If I ever get to your side of the pond I'll give you a shout and buy you a beer.
Many thanks

Please relax. We will be approaching normality within the next few minutes.

Just kidding with that title. I watched that series again and when you wrote normality, I mused about the Infinite Improbibility Drive.

Great show,

Bob
