windows error

my computer keeps going to a blue screen when im on the net the message i get on the blue screen says an error has occured
file name :ntkern(08)+0000a783
error:oe:0028:c02a13
im running windows me its a pentium 11 350mz 4.2 gig hard drive 128 rams the computer shuts down after the blue screen goes off which causes improper shutdown im not up with all the computer jargan so if someone can help
