Click the My DVD failed to burn tab. It will instruct you on how to check for corrupt drivers and change the burn speed. Try those fixes and let me know if it fixed the problem.

A friend's daughter filmed a video for a school project, loaded the video onto her HP computer running Vista Home Premium and then edited it with Windows Movie Maker. When she tries to burn a DVD, using Windows DVD Maker, it repeatedly freezes everytime it reaches 41%. Tried different settings including quality settings all with the same results. Any help would be appreciated.
