Windows doesn't start

Hi
My computer was runnign fine till yesterday but when i tried to start it today, the windows is starting comes up then it turns of and restart it again. I use window XP and this OS been installed by the Tiny Computers and had this computer since 2000. Help me please

Can you strt in Safe Mode ?
