Question

Windows Denfender Or Other Antivirus?

Sep 16, 2017 8:29AM PDT

Is it secure enough to rely on Windows Defender for antivirus/anti-malware protection in Windows 10?
Should I be looking for additional antivirus software?
Where can I go for reliable antivirus reviews and recommendations?

If I had w10 I'd use it.
I would not use a msft browser not because it's bad it's a fat target.
Look into something like firefox with the ublock origin add-on.

That does not mean you can you click yes on every download or open every email.

You should have at least 5-10 different antivirus programs installed on every windows system. You will then need the Multiple AV Balancing Program to control them all. When they disagree, then run the Clashing AV Repair Program. If this doesn't keep you happily tracking down viri, then nothing will.

actually

preferred to use only one AV program at a time. Windows Defender isn't perfect, none are, but it's better than some of the larger drive hogging and overly restrictive others.

depends what are your needs:

- do you need only a basic solution (just a real-time scanner) ? so yes it will suffice.

- do you need a solution with more protective features ? so no it won't suffice.

I recommend that Windows Defender is best from any other security software. It works very efficiently to keep our system safe from malware infections. So keep updating your window defender and enjoy limitless service.

I do believe that using Windows Defender in Windows 10 is the best a user can get in his computer which provides good protection against viruses and other unknown threats.

I do believe that Windows Defender comes default with Windows 10.
