Sometimes I find an install where foreign drivers were installed and I get to start over.
Bob
I recently reinstalled Windows XP SP3, and I cannot get the screen resolution back up to its natural resolution of 1920x1200. I reinstalled the video driver (My computer tells me that my video card is an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110M) that came with the laptop, a Dell Latitude D820, but that didn't help, and the one that I downloaded from the NVIDIA website didn't work either. The current resolutions that I get are 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200, and 1400x1050. The refresh rate on my screen is abysmal as well, and it takes forever to scroll through any screen in Windows Explorer or a webpage in Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
