Question

Windows Boot Manager - Error 0xc000000f?

Sep 28, 2015 10:04PM PDT

I have a Hp g62 windows 7 64 bit laptop that recently when I turn on I get the following message: status: 0xc000000f. info: the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible. I have made a USB windows 7 repair disk but the problem with that is it never loads past the language input screen even after hours, but has worked a couple times to where I could use the command prompt. When I use the command prompt to fix the MBR it did not work. Has anyone experienced this and if so how to fix it?

Hey thanks, this article is really going to help. I have a couple of questions.
1. Will this work with windows 7?
2.For the installation/repair disk is there a free version? If not I don't mind buying it
3. When I originally booted the repair disk it doesn't load the screen. Do you know anything that would help with this?
