Windows blocking a unknown publisher, need help ASAP

Dec 15, 2004 10:03AM PST

I need to get to a transcription service, once I log in I get an error message that states

Aol Security Warning
Windows has BLOCKED this software because it can't verify the publisher.
I cant give log in details , but how do you enable sites or rather publishers that are "UNKNOWN"

I have tried this on all 4 of my pc's and can not get any of them to work.
thanks

Turning Off Active X Settings on IE
May 5, 2005 4:36AM PDT

Actually rather than turning off the Active X setting manually, what we can do is click the button Restore Defaults so that we can Restore the Default Settings of Security Level of IE.

Clear Cookies, Restore Defaults and Reset Languages

Clear Cookies and History and Temp. Internet Files and Reset the Language Settings and Restore the Defaults of IE by Clicking the "Advanced" tab and click Security tab and click Default Level. This surely resolves the issue.
