Windows Backup Utility problem

i'm trying to backup from 'my documents' using the windows back up utility. i have set it to do a complete backup every week, and over write the original backup. for some reason it is not backing up about 3 folders. they are placed in 'my documents' and are not hidden. Can anyone help?

Are the folders being shared.

If so, you need to open My Network Places and select the folders from there.

no.. the folders are not shared.

Event Viewer. You didn't detail all your setup but NTBACKUP is from a time long ago which I've found easier backup programs but to look at yours the best place to look at is the Event Viewer.

Also the ntbackup log might be useful. Read
