WINDOWS 98SE - SAME UPDATE APPEARS

Have a Dell XPS T450 with Windows 98SE. Have kept up with updates over years. Now I keep getting same update appearing each time I check (#823559). History shows update successfully installed several times. How can I correct so it does not appear when I check for updates?

You can try manually installing it, waiting for Microsoft to fix the issue or try the Personalize Windows Update to not show this item.
