It either works or doesn't. But read your post. No mention of what happens, where the program can be obtained so others can try. But let me share I can no longer try this since sometime last year my last Windows ME box burped. It now runs Windows 2000.
How bad is Windows ME compatibility? One small example is QBASIC and the LPRINT command. LPRINT functions in Windows 3, 95, 98, NT 3.1, NT 3.5, NT 4.0, Windows 2000/XP/2003 but not Windows ME.
Can anyone give me advice how to run a Windows 95/3.1 DOS program (ok, a Star Trek:Borg game) on my Windows ME? Is there an easy way to make the software think I have a W95, so I can play?
