Tell how the dual boot was setup. The Microsoft way is to install Windows 7 first and take care to leave unpartitioned space for the next OS. Then boot and install 8 and be careful about the questions.
If you did something else, you'd have to reveal it.

Hi
I am experiencing some difficulties concerning a client's windows 8. The client partitioned his HDD and has both windows 7 & 8 on different partitions and for some reason windows 8 is not booting, it keeps on giving this error : 'Process1_Initialization_Failed'. But he can boot into his windows 7 without any hassles. Can anyone please be kind as to helping me out so that I can help him out. This is really stressing me.
Your help is highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
