This needs more details.

For example some laptops do that if the video drivers were fetched from Windows Update. There's not much to work with here along with folk tend to not keep up with the canned air. Some ask what canned air is for.

Why not a refresh of the OS?

I've found that to leave video drivers untouched.
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / July 20, 2015 12:10 PM PDT

Let me summarize common fixes.
1. Video drivers from the maker.
2. Factory restore (Windows 8 has this built in.)
3. Canned air.
4. Disable Flash Hardware Acceleration (see google)
5. Freeway overpasses. Preferably to an empty dumpster below.

just happening when playing youtube?
by renegade600 / July 20, 2015 12:07 PM PDT

if it is happening only when you are playing youtube or while your browser is open, try another browser to see if it is a browser issue.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
