Jul 24, 2014 2:17AM PDT

Now a days I am facing issue with my Windows 8.1 desktop after updating the patches, I am getting 'we couldn't complete updates, undoing changes, don't turn off your computer' . Does anyone has solution for this.

I forget the name, but Microsoft has a tool that will fix a lot of common issues with this sort of thing. If that doesn't cut it, we're probably looking at either malware damage, registry cleaner damage, or even both and the fix is to start over with a fresh OS install.
