How do I copy all my settings of a particular admin user account to another one in windows 7(64 bit)?

Have a look at, "Win 7 - Fix a corrupted user profile".

This will work whether or not the profile you are copying is actually corrupted.

i did everything...but i dont think its really worked..
my wallpaper didn't replicate, the installed themes weren't there...n my firefox settings and taskbar icons haven't replicated either...

You don't say what the problem is. May be there is a different solution.
