Where did you plan on getting drivers to support W7?

Does not look like Dell is going to supply them.

1. Original, holographed Microsoft DVD? Or one you burned yourself from a download?
2. Is the BIOS set to boot from the DVD-drive?
3. Do other PC's/laptops boot from this disk?
4. Does the drive show in the BIOS setup?
5. Can you use the drive to read the DVD in Explorer in the currently installed Windows?

I'm asking this because the common reasons for this error are:
1. Bad disk
2. Incorrect settings in the BIOS
3. Bad drive

With the right settings, a good disk and a functioning DVD-drive it should work. So one of them isn't.
