Question

Windows 7 Start up problems (Blue screen)

Oct 6, 2018 2:38AM PDT

My PC (with Windows 7) has a problem when starting up, when I turn it on, I click start Windows normally (like how I used to do) then it get stuck and take me to a blue screen saying stuff about newly installed software and hardware, I searched online and it said to use the safe mode, I saw videos and other stuff, but when I try on my pc, I click safe mode with networking, it loads some stuff then take me to the blue screen again, I thought maybe I need to reinstall windows, I don't need to backup my files. If I need to, can u tell me how to delete the current one first?

Insert your w7 install media.
Enter the bios and set the w7 media as the 1st boot device.
Save and exit.
Does the machine boot?

As you don't need to backup your files, you can reset your windows. After resetting, I hope your problem will be solved. Happy

Thank you.
