Question

Windows 7 recently printed files temporary folder

Nov 11, 2014 10:16AM PST

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a (temporary?) folder in windows 7 where I could find a copy of the files that were printed?

I'm asking because I think I remember seeing something similar in a previous edition of windows (maybe XP or 9Cool for this type of temp folder.

I'm not even sure if what I'm looking for exists, but basically I wanna know if there's a temporary folder that keeps a copy of recently printed files.

Thank you all in advance.

So unless you enable some sort of auditing the answer is no.

Open the program you sent the print from and it probably will have a list of the last 10 or so jobs you printed. You can open it, then save as a file or send to printer again.
