I've got it here on this Win7 Pro Computer.
As an example; If your friend was using Internet Explorer to access Outlook's Web Access, when the new message is created, then minimized, it reduces itself into the Internet Explorer link in the lower left side of the start/task bar.. Because Internet Explorer is also open as a main page with Web Access, then looking carefully will show two separate IE page instances in the lower left corner.. Hovering the mouse over the minimized IE icon in the taskbar will actually display both pages as thumbnails immediately above the IE icon, the main Web Access page and the new email message.. While both thumbnails are displayed, move the mouse to the new email message display and click on it.. The message will then be shown full sized again.
Hope this helps.

One of my colleagues at work has a laptop with Windows 7 Professional and uses Outlook Web Access to send and receive emails.
Today he was busy creating an email and had to minimise it to be able to get information from a Word document. When he tried to go back into the email he could not find it. He was able to get back into the main screen of Outlook but doesn't know how to get back to the newly created email.
I don't know anything about either Windows 7 or Outlook Web Access so I could not tell him where to find this. Can someone please help as I am now not sure whether it is a Windows 7 problem or an Outlook Web Access problem to report to our systems administrator.
