Windows 7 off-line folder sync

Hi All,

I need your expert solution for below issue -

Some users are having an issue when logged into a Windows 7 PC where their off-line folder is taking them to the root where all users are listed instead of his individual "My Documents" folder. This doesn't seem to be an issue for user while using a Windows XP machine.The off-line folders are Windows group policies.
