Question

windows 7 not recognizing iphone6

Jan 1, 2016 2:20PM PST

Hi. I plug in phone6 and it is recognized by itunes but not by computer. called Apple support and here is the fix:

Device mgr, Right click phone, Uninstall driver, Action drop down : scan hardware changes

boom! it works. HOWEVER, I have to do these steps EVERY TIME i plug in my phone in order to download video/photo.

So I have a driver issue (maybe its kicking out a driver???)

Can you suggest how I might make this fix last? thank you

Clarification Request
Here I don't need it to be recognized by other than iTunes.

Check with your machine/mobo maker and see if any new bios/drivers are available.
